Refund & Return Policy — Happy Bonding Men's Wear

At Happy Bonding Men's Wear, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains when refunds/returns are applicable and how to place a request.

We offer refunds/returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and documents (e.g., invoice, shipping label).

2) Non Refundable / Non Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds/returns for the following:

• Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.

• Innerwear, altered or customized garments, used or damaged items, or items without original tags/packaging (if applicable).

3) Refund / Return Process

• If a refund is approved after inspection, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 3–4 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4) Late or Missing Refunds

• If you have not received a refund within the stated period, first check with your bank or payment provider.

5) Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped only through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. Delivery is usually completed within 7 days from the date of order/payment, or as confirmed at checkout, subject to courier/postal norms.

• Happy Bonding Men's Wear shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by courier/postal authorities or circumstances beyond our control.

• Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Order and shipping confirmations will be sent to your registered email ID.

• Any shipping charges displayed at checkout arenon refundableunless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.

6) Exchange (if offered)

• Subject to stock availability and inspection, we may offer an exchange for size orcolorfor eligible products. Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and meet the eligibility criteria above.
